Odd experience here today. Popped in at lunchtime to look at a bmw m4 competition they have listed on auto trader. I have plenty of funds to buy and it was in a good colour and spec I liked with the carbon bucket seats I Walked into the showroom and was completely ignored. Not a hello from anybody, no receptionist, just treated me as if I were invisible. Perhaps my hoodie and jeans didn’t meet the dress code who knows. Not sure how my money is any different than anyone else’s! Probably my fault for not being a celebrity or footballer I guess Snobby dealership and abysmal customer service. Don’t judge a book by its cover

Bentley Hampshire ( Bramshaw New Forest) kindly lent me their new Bentley Bentayga Azure last week-end. It is an amazing car and delivered a remarkable experience with the smoothest and comfortable drive ever!! It has a high specification with a lot of tech, and has plenty of safety features, probably too much for me but to other owners it will probably meet their requirements. Thank-you Bentley for giving me that experience, now the decision either to buy the EWB version or the original model. 😊

Despite not having bought a car from Bentley Hampshire, I dealt with a gentleman called James Holloway who was a true professional offering great knowledge and advice on the Land Rover Defender I was interested in. Great show room, and marvellous team.

I spoke to Kate, a lovely Sales Executive working at Harwoods Bentley Hampshire about buying a Bentayga. The experience was wonderful as she patiently answered all mine and my partner’s questions regarding various Bentley models etc She was knowledgeable and very helpful with arranging a test drive, later arranging for a car we liked, to be brought to us at home to test drive. We didn’t end up buying a Bentley but this is only deferred due to other things going on. We definitely recommend customer service there, especially with Kate. I also found the whole team to be friendly and helpful including James and Tom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Harwoods Bentley, Lyndhurst when you’re considering buying a Bentley.

Excellent Dealership! Of course they have a fantastic product, but all the Staff extremely friendly and helpful. James, our Salesman, was very knowledgeable and explained well everything we needed to know. Thank you everyone! Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd Bentley purchase over the years from Bramshaw, and my first time dealing with Sam in sales. It was an absolute pleasure, from our first meeting, through choosing the right car & finance package, agreeing a part exchange value & delivery date. I live locally & Sam let me take the car for a test drive to my home, so my wife could see it. It is my first GTV8S, and she drives like a dream, I wasn't sure having had the GTC Supersports previously, that it would seem quick enough for me, but being a newer car, it feels so smooth to drive & anyway, what's a few less horsepower between friends. I know Sam is supported by a team of people and those he introduced me to where both professional and courteous, (I am one of those people who spends his life in shorts & t shirts, so not the perceived stereotypical Bentley customer). If you are looking to buy or just test drive a Bentley, give the chaps at Bramshaw a call, I'm glad I did (again). Chris D. Romsey. P.S.
